Ref the above comment I made. Today is 16 October 2015; 3 mths and 18 days since I handed the bank draft for purchase of a Perodua Alza Adv version. I have not yet received my refund of the excess money paid yet. I have called SYY holdings and the last time was told before end of Sept 15 but since I did not received my husband called and asked for Encik Zaki, the GM. As usual the firewall asked the reason for wanting to speak to him who the last time I spoke to said he would call back but never did. Anyway, my husband was told he is in hospital. My husband asked to speak to his boss. Was told he is a director but being a high and mighty, not any poor sort who can afford to buy only a Perodua can speak to him. My husband argued that he may be the high and mighty but his company owed money which we wanted back. Anyway, was asked for our phone no. and was told SYY will call back. I posted our experience with SYY HOLDINGS so that others will make the same mistake as we did.

I bought a Perdua Alza Advance paying cash by bank draft payable to SYY holding. The amount paid includes 100% no claim bonus and hp prcessing fee though at the time of handling over the bank draft I also handed the insurance 55% discount certificate. I was informed that over Rm 1000 will be refunded. To-date it has been more than 2 months since handing over the bank draft and short of 6 days to 2 months from date of car delivery. Calling the salesman several times but he is on voice mail but did not call back. When I got him he said he will check with his company but never called back. Called SYY Holding but they referred to the salesman who called me to tell to wait. Since then it has been 3 weeks. Today call salesman again but without success. I post this so that others will not experience the same. By the way, there was promise of free gifts which I get none. I only asked the regn no be sandblasted on the windscreen but that too they cannot keep their promise. Moreover; prior to drlivery I have to chase and chase the salesman. Tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow. From the regn card it can be seen insurance and registration were only done on the date of regn - 10 days after handing over the bank draft.
